Dale Parker is a lifelong resident of the small South Georgia town of Claxton, where he and his family own and operate Claxton Bakery, Inc., makers of world famous Claxton Fruit Cake. A devout Christian and avid golfer, Dale's passion is spending time with his wife, Janis, the couple's two sons and their families.
